SUPERMAN THE MOVIES

The death and rebirth of the man of steel would be very interesting to see in future Superman movies, with a faithful film adaptation of the masterpiece comic book events The Death Of Superman, World Without Superman, and The Reign Of Supermen which would make a nice movie title, where other heroes would rise to the challenge in opposing evil might, with Superman presumes dead, men like John Henry Iron also known as Steel, a man in the past that Superman saved from certain death as he was himself trying to be a hero by putting his own life at risk to save an other. Also could appear Supergirl, and the clone Superboy, or Superkid or the Metropolis Kid or whatever you can call him, along with Eradicator, and also Cyborg Superman a mechanical monstrosity design to fool and take control. And even Batman could be first to the scene but apparently too late to save the man of steel. After sacrificing his live to save the world from Doomsday, the burial ceremony of Superman would be most sad, and even a few guess-stars of classic DC legends could be present incognito. There could be this wealthy gentleman by the name of Bruce Wayne, also a mysterious man Alan Scott with a strange looking green ring, and this guy Jay Garrick always looking like in a hurry, also this princess Diana from some foreign land, and even a boy by the name of Billy Batson would insist to get in, along with jet pilot Hal Jordan, police officer Barry Allen, private detective John Jones, and a strange man still all wet like he just came out of the deep of the ocean, Arthur Curry, among so many others, all just hoping to get a last glimpse of the fallen hero. The ceremony could be broadcast live worldwide, and the streets would be filled with seas of millions of people from everywhere, all standing in silence to pay their last respect for the greatest of them all, Superman

Like in a dream state the mind of Clark Kent would find itself in a strange place, where he would eventually have visions of his adopted father Jonathan Kent telling him to wake up and try to warn him of something before they would get separated. In the end Clark could discover that his last enemy, as a last resort, might have entered his mind making his soul believe that he was dead, and from that point Superman would do everything to wake up and return back to life days later right inside his very own coffin, breaking through to get out, right under the eyes of many admires that came to put flowers on his grave. And who knows, maybe this movie and these events with all the cameos, could lead to future films with the first gathering of the original Justice League with the blessing of the legendary classic Justice Society

- RETURN TO KRYPTON -

Maybe one possible path that would be interesting to explore in future solo film efforts could very well be some sort of adaptation of the Superman comic book graphic novel Return To Krypton, where somehow the men of steel, along with Lois Lane, would find a way back to his birth place before its destruction, and possibly try to alter its future, if only for a brief moment in history. At first, hiding his true identity, Clark Kent, or more Kal-El, would get to meet in person his biological parents, Jor-El and Lara, before they even knew themselves they were about to become the parents of a very special gifted child, and the two more interested of a certain familiarity and resemblance of the stranger to them. And between the ruthlessness and ambition of a certain General Zod and his isolationist, anti-alien, racial purity vision, and on the other side, the struggle for truth justice and liberty for all; maybe we could also learn of the origin of the microscopic city of Kandor in Superman’s fortress of solitude, and find out that it was once a great city of Krypton, open to all, aliens and none aliens, before Zod and his people made it disappear. These sort of events could also be a great occasion to show alternative designs for the man of steel; and in the heat of battle with the forces of General Zod, with his insults of filthy alien abomination contaminating his world, Superman would no longer be able to contain himself, and in a burst of rage he would tear up his new suit, only to expose his old costume, and reveal to all his true identity, by yelling it out loud for everyone to hear, including his father Jor-El, and unveiling for all to see the “S” from his family emblem right on his chest

Such movie would be a chance to explore the past of Krypton, and demonstrate the importance of the role of his family, but also see Superman as a true hero more than ever, and all set in a fantastically advanced modern technological world

La mort et la renaissance de l'homme d'acier serait très intéressant a voit lors de futurs films de Superman, une adaptation fidèle des pièces maîtresses de La Morte De Superman, Un Monde Sans Superman, et Le Règne des Supers Hommes, là où d'autres héros se lèveraient devant le défi en opposant les forces du mal, alors que Superman est présumé mort, des hommes comme John Henry Iron, aussi connu sous le nom Steel, un homme qui dans le passé fut sauvé d'une mort certaine, alors que lui-même tentait d'être un héros en risquant sa propre vie pour en sauver une autre. Aussi pourrait paraître Supergirl, et le clone Superboy, ou Superkid ou le Metropolis Kid ou ce qu'ils peuvent bien l'appeler, avec Eradicator, ainsi que le cyborg Superman, une monstruosité robotique créé dans le but de tromper et contrôler. Et même Batman pourrait être le premier à arriver sur les lieux mais apparemment trop tard pour le sauver. À la suite de son sacrifice pour sauver le monde entier de Doomsday, une triste cérémonie d'enterrement aurait lieu avec la  présence incognito d'autres légendes de DC Comics, tel le riche Bruce Wayne, aussi que le mystérieux Alan Scott avec une étrange bague verte, ainsi que Jay Garrick qui semble toujours l'air pressé, et cette princesse Diana d'une contrée lointaine; et parmi eux même ce garçon nommé Billy Batson insisterait pour entrer avec le pilote de jet Hal Jordan, l'officier de police Barry Allen, le détective privé John Jones, et un homme étrange encore tout mouillé comme s'il venait juste de sortir des profondeurs de l'océan, Arthur Curry, ainsi que bien d'autres pour voir une dernière fois le plus grand des héros, tombé au combat sauvant leurs vies à tous. La cérémonie serait diffusée mondialement, et dans les rues une gigantesque marée de millions de gens venu de partout, tous en silence payant leur dernier respect au plus grand de tous, Superman

Et comme dans un état de rêve, esprit de Clark Kent se trouve dans un endroit étrange là où éventuellement lui apparaît la vision de son père adoptif Jonathan Kent, lui disant de se réveiller et tentant de l'avertir d'un danger sans succès avant d'être séparé. À la fin. Clark pourrait découvrir que son ennemie comme dernier recours serait entré dans son esprit faisant croire à une fausse mort, et a la suite Superman tenterait par tous les moyens de se réveiller et de retourner à la vie après plusieurs jours surgissant à travers son tombeau sous les yeux d'admirateurs venus poser des fleurs sur sa tombe. Et qui sait, peut-être que ce film pourrait être le début d'une grande acsosiation de héros menant vers la Ligue de Justice, avec la bénédiction de la Société de Justice

- RETOUR VERS KRYPTON -

Peut-être une possible voix qui pourrait se révéler intéressante lors de futurs efforts cinématographiques en solo, serait une forme d’adaptation de Superman Return To Krypton(Retour Vers Krypton), là où l’homme d’acier, accompagné de Lois Lane, trouverait une façon de retourner vers sa terre ancestrale avant même sa destruction, et possiblement tenter de modifier son avenir, si seulement pour un bref moment dans l’histoire. Au début, cachant sa véritable identité, Clark Kent, ou plutôt Kal-El, rencontrerait en personne ses propres parents biologiques, Jor-El et Lara, avant même qu’ils sachent eux même, qu’ils sont à veille de devenir les parents d’un enfant exceptionnel, et les deux sur le coup, plutôt confus par une certaine familiarité et ressemblance de l’étranger à eux. Et entre la rudesse et l’ambition  d’un certain Général Zod, et sa vision isolationniste, anti outre monde, pureté racial, et de l’autre côté, la lutte pour la vérité la justice et la liberté pour tous; peut-être pourrions nous en apprendre d’avantage sur cette cité microscopique de Kandor, dans la forteresse de solitude de Superman, et finalement découvrir que celle ci autrefois était une grande cité de Krypton ouverte à tous, extra-terrestres ou non, avant que Zod et les siens la face disparaître. Ce genre d’évènement, pourrait bien aussi être une excellente occasion de montrer des conceptions alternatives de l’homme d’acier; et dans le feu d’un combat contre les forces du Général Zod, avec ses insultes de saleté d’abomination d’extra-terrestre contaminant son monde, Superman, ne pouvant plus se retenir, déchirerait son nouvel uniforme, tout en exposant son ancien, et réveillerait sa véritable identité à tous, en la criant haut et fort, y compris à son père Jor-El, et dévoilant aux yeux de tous le “S” de son propre emblème familial en plein sur sa poitrine

Ce genre de film serait une chance d’explorer le passé de Krypton, et de démontrer l’importance et le rôle de sa famille, mais aussi voir plus que jamais Superman en véritable héros, et le tout dans un monde fantastiquement moderne et avancé
